Nu-Cork Products Pvt Ltd

Rubber Products

As one of India’s leading manufacturers of rubber gaskets, we produce various rubber products, including standard, food-grade, abrasion-resistant and high-performance rubber sheeting. We can produce single units or large quantities using advanced CNC profile cutting gear and provide a same-day service in case for urgent delivery requirement.

Nu-Cork offers die-cutting, slitting, and other fabrication services to ensure that customers receive rubber gaskets or rubber material which meets their standards.

Wide range of rubber products:

Rubber Gasket Variants

Nu-Cork specializes in customizing rubber gaskets and seals through precision tools-cutting and water jet processes, which reduce production costs and response times for a wide range of applications and industries all over the globe. Rubber gaskets fill the space between two or more mating surfaces to prevent leakage (of air, chemicals, gases, or liquids) from/into the joined items while they are compressed.

Application

1. Nitrile Rubber

Cut from a synthetic rubber composition that easily withstands most petroleum-based fluids, lubricants and greases. Nitrile rubber gaskets are frequently used in the automotive, aerospace, petrochemical, and oil industries.

2. Chloroprene (Neoprene) Rubber

Neoprene resists deprivation from sun, ozone and other weather elements and is used in almost all industrial equipment. It also displays incredible resistance to damage caused by flexing and twisting. Furthermore, neoprene rubber is a very good resistant to dilute acids, alkalis, greases and solvents.

3. Fluorocarbon (FKM/FPM) Rubber

FKM (also known as FPM in most part of Europe) rubber compounds are frequently used to resist extreme temperatures and harsh chemicals.

Fluorocarbon elastomer Viton (a trade name of the DuPont Corporation) is a high-performance rubber compound known for its outstanding resistance to extreme heat, aggressive fuels, chemicals, oils and concentrated acids. It has very good resistance to aliphatic hydrocarbon fluids, animal and vegetable oils, and alkalis. It also exhibits excellent resistance to atmospheric oxidation, sun, weather, and fungus and mold. Another advantage of Viton is its resistance to compression set even at temperatures that would alter other elastomers.

4. Silicone rubber

Silicone rubbers are widely used in industry, and there are multiple formulations. Silicone rubbers are often one- or two-part polymers, and may contain fillers to improve properties or reduce cost. Silicone rubber is generally non-reactive, stable, and resistant to extreme environments Due to these properties and its ease of manufacturing and shaping, silicone rubber can be found in a wide variety of products, including voltage line insulators, traction motors, VPD Chambers and automotive applications.

5. Fluorosilicone (FVMQ/FMQ) Rubber

FVMQ (Fluoro silicone) combines the good high- and low-temperature properties of silicone with limited fuel and oil resistance. Fluoro silicones provide a much wider operational temperature range than Fluorocarbon rubbers. Fluoro silicone rubber is a long-lasting elastomer that is stable and compression set resistant across temperature extremes.

6. EPDM Rubber Gaskets

A synthetic elastomer that resists ageing, ozone, and weathering, EPDM rubber gaskets feature a waterproof surface and excellent abrasion resistance. Its distinctive ability to stabilize color and resist harsh weather conditions makes it an ideal choice for outdoor applications.
